Opening of the new exhibition in the Gugging Museum - Art for everyone!
On Wednesday, April 2, the new special exhibition "Herrera & Dubuffet.! A Spark of Light in this World" will be opened at 7 p.m. in the Gugging Museum. The event is initiated by Magdalena Svoboda, a representative of the museum, followed by demanding speeches by Nina Ansperger, the scientific and artistic director, and Pascale Jeanneret, the curator of the exhibition powerful and informative. Mayor Christoph Kaufmann will also be present. The talented Tobias Kochseder with his bandoneon provides musical interludes. In the run -up to the exhibition, an exciting family program is on the schedule: On Tuesday, April 1, at 3 p.m., children aged one to five years can become creative under the motto "Star gloss in black and white". The offer is aimed at adult accompanying persons who shape impressive celestial bodies together with the little ones on black construction paper. On Sunday, April 6th, at 3:30 p.m., an open creative workshop for children from the age of six and young people is offered. During the Easter holidays from April 15th to 16th, children between the ages of six and 14 can take part in a workshop that revolves around the design of chess boards with unique motifs. The Museum Gugging also puts together an attractive birthday offer: birthday children and your guests are offered a painting station and a creative painting workshop in which you can create a unique work of art with high-quality colors.
The exhibition also offers several tours and workshops to re -experience art and culture in the museum. The focus on Sunday, April 6th, at 2 p.m., will be led by the main exhibition, while the "Holiday Tour" offers an English -language leadership on Monday, April 21, from 2 p.m. Interested parties should register early because the places are limited and find a lot of use.
