On Sunday evening, October 27, 2024, two dramatic fires occurred in the small town of Laave! At 7:30 p.m. there was a barn on Lübtheener Straße and later various round bales on a field on Tripkauer Straße. While the fire brigade was able to intervene quickly and prevent a fire expansion, the police estimate the damage from the barn at 10,000 euros and leaves nothing unexpectedly to determine the background to a possible arsonist, as deliberate arson is in the room. The second fire, meanwhile, remains puzzling and caused further damage of several thousand euros. Now it is being investigated whether there is a connection between these incidents, since similar fires in the Neuhaus office in the Neuhaus have been highlighted!

The night of Sunday brought even more excitement: a 41-year-old man sneaked into unexpected cars in Handorf and Bardowick! In a short time he stole a wallet from a Mercedes GLC and a VW Touran. The police, already known, is now a thorn in the eye!

But that's not all! In Northern Allee in Uelzen, strangers broke into a supermarket over the roof and stealed tobacco products and cash worth a few thousand euros.
