Scandal in Königstein: Rainbow flag lit and fleeting racer!

A shocking crime took place in Königstein last weekend! Unknowns burned down a rainbow flag at a school in Bischof-Kindermann-Straße. Between Saturday evening and Sunday morning, the perpetrators penetrated the school premises to destroy the colorful fabric. The flag was ruined by two fire holes and the criminals escaped undetected. The criminal police are now investigating property damage and trespassing and looking for witnesses who can contact the Königstein police station on the number (06174) 9266-0!

Another incident occurred on Sunday morning around 2:35 a.m. on federal road 456 near Wehrheim, where a 19-year-old driver fought for survival despite alcoholic ride! With over 1.6 per thousand alcohol in the blood, the young man raced too quickly towards Usingen when he lost control of his vehicle at the confluence with Wehrheim-Nord. He ran over a traffic island and finally landed in the ditch. In panic, the driver fled from the accident site on foot, but was quickly tracked down by the police. The damage to his car, which is no longer ready to drive is estimated at a one -time 15,000 euros. The police have initiated an investigation into the risk of road traffic and escape from the accident!
