In Oer-Erkenschwick in North Rhine-Westphalia, an incident occurred on Thursday afternoon that called the police on the scene. Around 5:00 p.m., a 26-year-old woman was on a footpath near the Stimberg Stadium when a previously unknown man noticed her.
