A terrifying traffic accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon, November 12, 2024, around 3:15 p.m. on Herbolzheimer Straße / L111 in Rheinhausen. A 56-year-old motor driver got onto the oncoming lane at a rapid speed, for reasons that have not yet been clarified and crashed head-on against a 36-year-old driver who was properly traveling towards Herbolzheim. The force of the impact was enormous!

The 36-year-old was found in her badly damaged vehicle and had to be freed from brave first aiders over the back doors. The driver of the accident caused by the accident was also locked in her vehicle and was saved by passers -by. Shortly after the impact, the engine compartment of the accident car went up in flames, but the Rheinhausen and Herbolzheim volunteer fire brigade was quickly extinguished.
