The animal was shocked and ran towards the city center when an attentive road user reacted quickly. She got out of her vehicle, put herself in front of the shy horse and was able to calm it down and capture it. The owner had frightened herself during a walk in the Stuvenwald, which caused the animal to flee. Fortunately, thanks to the support of passers -by, the incident remained without injuries.

In the shade of this rescue operation, however, there was a serious traffic accident. At 3:00 a.m., an emergency call sounded via an Apple Watch, which reported an accident situation at the roundabout B 75 to AS Dibbersen. Despite the severity of the collision, no people were injured. A 63-year-old driver, who was heavily alcoholic, had noticed the roundabout too late and ran over the middle island. His driver's license was confiscated and criminal proceedings were initiated against him.

In the early morning hours of Saturday there was also a wave of bicycle thefts in Tostedt. Between 03:00 and 5:00 a.m., several dandruffs were broken up on Schillerstraße and Ostdeutsche Straße, and e-bikes and bicycles were stolen.
