On a bike path next to the B39 between Geinsheim and Holiday Park-Straße, the officers discovered a cyclist who was on the road without light-a clear reference to inadmissible activities. The 42-year-old man was no stranger: he is a well-known bicycle thief and could not give any conclusive information about the origin of his olive green men's bike of the Type Elops.

The shocking suspicion
