Ex-business partners escalate dispute: bodily harm in Ludwigshafen
Ludwigshafen -Last Saturday morning there was a questionable incident in Von Weber-Straße, in which two former business partners were involved in a physical dispute. The two men, a 40-year-old from Ludwigshafen and a 37-year-old suspect, who is currently without a permanent place of residence, met by chance. The accused claimed to get money from his former partner, which led to a tense verbal argument.
In an uncontrolled moment of the argument, the 40-year-old retired to his car to defuse the situation. Despite this measure, the accused found it necessary to kick against the vehicle door of the car, causing the injured party to clamp the leg while he was already in the vehicle. This action led to a dangerous bodily harm, which caused a sensation in public. The 37-year-old then moved away from the agency.
consequences for the accused
The investigation has shown that the accused is not in possession of a valid driver's license and that his vehicle has not been approved since the summer. Because of these circumstances, he will now have to face several criminal proceedings. These include in particular the charges for dangerous bodily harm, driving without a driver's license as well as various violations of the Driving Tax Act and the compulsory insurance law.
The police have taken up the incident and encourages witnesses who may have observed something to report. Interested parties can be sent on the phone number 0621/963-2122 or by email to piludwigshafen1@polizei.rlp.de to the police inspection ludwigshafen 1.
