In a suspected burglar maneuver, which caused excitement this weekend, brave residents in Metjendorf started an exciting chase! On Saturday evening, November 9th, a couple returned to their house in the way to school around 6 p.m. and suddenly saw themselves flooded by an active motion detector in the garden! Once in it, the duo was surprised by two unknown intruders who immediately fled.

The homeowner, a real hero, did not hesitate and recorded the persecution! In a gripping sprint, he managed to put one of the two suspects after a short time and to capture him until the alarmed police arrived. The 35-year-old man was temporarily arrested, while his accomplice escaped in the dark-apparently with the stolen goods in his luggage!
