A brazen theft occurred on Monday at the train station in Kandel! Between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., an e-scooter that was certainly connected to the bicycle parking space was simply stolen. When the owner came back, the castle was no longer on site - a clear indication of an outrageous thief that does not seem to have a scruples. The total damage amounts to shocking 500 euros!
