At 11:10 p.m., the emergency services received an indication of a supposedly helpless person on track 20, who apparently slept in a waiting house. When the officials aroused the 31-year-old Jordanian citizen, it quickly turned out that he looked extremely confused and spoke in confused fragments in several languages.

The complications began when the police asked the man about his identity documents. Instead of his ID, he started looking for various objects in his clothes without being successful. In view of the refusal to reveal basic information about themselves, the civil servants decided to search him and bring him to the office. On the way there, there was an extremely tense situation: the man refused to continue and tried repeatedly to break away from the policemen's handles. In order to keep control of the situation, the officials carried out a fixation of the man.

The man's identity was clearly determined by a fingerprint scan. According to the necessary criminal procedural measures, the man was given a dismissal for the Dortmund main train station, according to which he was allowed to leave the Federal Police Center.

He is now faced with several charges: the assault on enforcement officer, the resistance to the police, threats, finally also the insult and the refusal behavior regarding his staff are now presented to the judiciary.
