Criticism of the new building in Mittenwald: Is it really a foreign body?

In Mittenwald, Nordweis Immobilien GmbH plans a new residential complex with seven units that are located directly opposite the cemetery church. However, this construction project is met with violent criticism in the construction and environmental committee of the market municipal council. There is an agreement that the design of the planned building does not fit the townscape, whereby the building management has already referred to the project as a "foreign body".

The building worker must now revise the plans before the application will be discussed again in the upcoming session. A total of seven residential units and two carports with storage rooms are planned. The structure is said to have a length of 27.6 meters and a width of 11.3 meters. The building is created in two floors with a ridge height of 8.3 meters and a roof pitch of 18.5 degrees. The carports should be about 7.2 by 8 meters tall and have a roof pitch of 12 degrees.

Criticism of the design and the space conditions

On the 1183 square meter property, 312 square meters of area are to be built over, whereby no cellar is planned. Committee members already express concerns about the space and the lack of storage rooms. The biggest point of criticism is the planned design: the building should be completely covered with wood and equipped with floor -to -ceiling windows. The building management emphasizes that the plans are not objectionable under building law, but requires a revision of the design.

Mayor Enrico Corongiu and other committee members are dissatisfied with the external appearance of the project. Due to the intensive criticism, the agenda item was postponed for the time being. Nordweis Immobilien explains that the company is aiming for a high -quality project in accordance with the townscape and carefully examining the information from the committee.

In addition, it is reported that three separate buildings that offer 2 to 4 room apartments are created in Albert-Schott-Straße in Mittenwald. These construction projects are characterized by an architecture and wooden facade, which is harmoniously inserted into the townscape, such as Planstack . This also creates an above -ground development plateau that offers larger traffic areas and outdoor spaces for the residents, while a horizontal and vertical greening of the facades enables a varied sight. These measures not only contribute to aesthetics, but also serve as visibility and sun protection and influence the microclimate positively.
