Art full of questions: Lillien Grupe conquers Lower Saxony!

The Sprengel Museum Hanover presents a solo exhibition by the painter Lillien Grupe, which addresses social and individual reflections with a style characterized by realism. Grupe, born in 1997 in Lower Saxony, deals intensively in her work with the fast pace and constant change in society. Her works of art revolve around topics such as emotionality, subjectivity as well as control and freedom, whereby the central question of your work is: What is reality? The exhibition, which offers an overview of its picturesque work in recent years, is shown as part of the Sprengel@Feinkunst cooperation format and is curated by Katharina Herrmann.

In the balance sheet for 2024, the Sprengel Museum Hannover recorded over 147,000 visitors, which means an increase of 40,000 compared to the previous year.
