New opening in Klütz: The orangery in Bothmer Castle shines!
Klütz, Deutschland - In the picturesque Klütz, the "Orangery" in Bothmer Castle opens its doors again after two months. From December 14th, the couple Sven Ole and Yvonne Larson, known from the region, will take over agricultural machinery model exhibition through their earlier work in the "Field & Fun". The new operators have set themselves the goal of not just leading a café, but also creating a real meeting place for the local population. "We want to be a place where locals can meet," explains Yvonne Larson full of conviction.

While in the east wing of the castle in the winter season, the catering trade in the west wing is offered. The gastronomic offer remains true to the previous actions and includes rich breakfasts, homemade cakes and hearty lunch dishes such as burgers and daily soups. The "orangery" will welcome guests every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., as from a report by Ostsee-Zeitung . In addition to the reopening, a renovation is also planned during the winter months, which heats up to spring when the café is fully opened again.
The Bothmer Castle, which was built by Hans Caspar von Bothmer in the 18th century, not only offers impressive architecture, but also cultural insights and a rich history. Today the castle serves as a museum and cultural venue, with a beautiful park that is perfectly integrated into the area around the Klützer Winkel.
