During a visit to the construction site, the planning city councilor Ulli Sima explained that the new offers also include the catering trade, which comes with an "outdoor café" and "Cafe Pier 22" from this season to offer the guests a mixture of Austrian and Peruvian cuisine.

The renovation work that started in autumn 2024 focuses on a clear focus on natural freedom.
