But the story of the "Thiebolds Eck" does not end here. As the Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger will take over the restaurant from New Year. The reopening is planned for February 3, 2025. Wilkens, who runs the Reissdorf-Brauhaus on the Greece and looks back on a long tradition in gastronomy, wants to preserve the charm of the restaurant and relies on a calm atmosphere-"The topic of noise will not arise with us," he assures. The noise complaints of residents were the reason for the prior closure under the direction of the previous operator.
