The gates for the outdoor season were explicitly opened on this special day in the Diglas Café in the Schottenstift. The number of Shaniga Highter, which has been operated all year round, has increased since last winter. There are around 3,500 such guest gardens in Vienna, of which around two thirds were also open in winter. This development shows that the Shanigente is also attractive in the cold season for both operators and for guests.
