In Vienna, the traditional Café Landtmann becomes a "Café Stadtfrau"! On the occasion of International Women's Day on March 8, Anita and Irmgard Querfeld, together with their colleagues, decided to make the historic café a symbol of strengthening women. The Landtmann has been the most elegant café location since 1873, and now women are making a strong sign that goes far beyond a simple name. "Our coffee house has always been a place of exchange and inspiration," explains Irmgard Querfeld. On Wednesday, March 8, the "Café Stadtfrau" awaits its female guests from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. to an exclusive "Ladies Breakfast". During this time, the large hall and the women's salon are only reserved for women who can network and exchange. As part of the event, the managing director of the Austrian Cancer Aid, Doris Kiefhaber, will give a lecture on breast cancer early detection, which focuses on women's health. In addition, the Pink Ribbon project of the Austrian Cancer Aid is supported as part of this event: for every coffee sold on March 8, the café donates 1 euro to this initiative.
