Lack of sleep increases the risk of colds: study confirms alarm signs!

An alarming discovery has resulted from a new study: lack of sleep significantly increases the risk of infections such as colds. This was documented in an investigation among 1335 nurses in Norway, which was published in the journal Chronobiology International . The results show that a loss of only two hours of sleep causes the cold risk by a third.
