These suffering have affected their quality of life so much that it is now in need of care. A year and a half ago, her suffering reached the climax when she spent most of her days sleeping and simple activities, such as climbing stairs, became a challenge. Despite multiple visits to the doctor, their symptoms remained undetected for a long time, which significantly increased their suffering. She often felt abandoned by the health system and finally turned to private clinics. There she was able to achieve slight improvements, but the costs added up to an incredible 30,000 euros - their savings have now been used up. The urge for healthier life
At the beginning of the year, many people plan to improve their health and fitness. This wish could also inspire Linda to look for help and opinions from other fitness experts. Saye Vedrilla, a renowned fitness trainer, shares tips on how to implement such a project realistically in her fitness program. Her advice to set realistic goals and plan sports in everyday life could also help Linda to take the first steps to gain a little more control over her life again. "The training must be as important to me as a business date," she recommends, emphasizing the importance of a positive environment that Linda is probably particularly challenging in her condition as in need of care. It also offers digital solutions such as apps that can motivate users not to lose sight of their own health goals, such as the Lifesum app, which helps to track calories.
