Frankfurt's Bolzplatzliga: Children take responsibility and strengths community!

In Frankfurt, the football field blooms! Here children and adolescents not only take responsibility for their game, but also for the organization of training and tournaments. With up to 25 teams, they show what it means to develop sporting ambition and at the same time make friendships. A real joint project that encourages the young players to better get to know their city and the different districts!

Finance Secretary Becker emphasizes how important this project is for the formation of identity of young people. "This strengthens your own personality and is identity -creating," he emphasizes. The football field becomes a pulsating heart of the district, where responsibility and sense of community are very important. The sports creepers uses proven methods from intercultural and social district work in the Gallus to combine sport, culture, education and training.
