The handball club Empor Rostock remains under the proven leadership of Tobias Woitendorf! The 49-year-old was confirmed at the general meeting on Monday evening for another two years as chairman of the association. After six years in office, he will continue to support André Wilk (Sport) and Heiko Schütze (youngsters). Birger Birkholz is new in the finance area, who succeeds Silvio Rose, who did not run again for professional reasons. The association, which has around 600 members, concluded the past financial year with a slight minus of 6,300 euros.

Woitendorf is enthusiastic about the club's youth work. "All teams play in the highest league for them and again and again talents create their way to the men's team," emphasizes the chairman, who is also the managing director of the State Tourism Association.
