Robbie Williams plans school return: I want to prove that I can!
Stoke-on-Trent, Großbritannien - Robbie Williams (50) plans a remarkable return to school! The famous singer, who left school without a degree, has announced that his GCSEs, the middle maturity in Great Britain, have been catching up because he has been "stupid" for years. In a conversation, he explained that his academic achievements were anything but satisfactory: "I got nothing higher than a D, and I either failed or I didn't appear at all." This decision comes at a time when he is preparing for the publication of his biopic "Better Man", which shows his life from childhood until 2003 when he celebrated great success.
Robbie said that he fought in school with various learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dyscalculia and ADHD, which was often not understood at the time. "I have dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, but at that time there were no these terms," he said. The singer not only wants to catch up with his GCses, but also set an example and "refute a few people". He also plans to found a university in which he could not participate himself because of his lack of degrees. Despite all of these challenges, there is also good news: Robbie Williams dreams of the Oscar nomination for his song from the Biopic, although it was recently disqualified due to copyright questions, such as Mirror reported.
To round off the whole thing, the biopic, which spoke to the dark times in his life, but also illuminates its successes, will come to cinemas on December 26th. Director Michael Gracey, known to "The Greatest Showman", integrated a CGI Schimpanse in the film to clarify that Robbie often felt like a "performing monkey". The anticipation for the film is already reflected in the media, and Robbie shares his hopes to finally get the recognition that he believes is entitled to and continue his way to success, such as reported.
