A devastating building fire in the Boll district of Oberndorf not only left immense damage, but also demanded an injured person. Despite the rapid use of 120 firefighters and several ambulances, the fire, which spread quickly over all floors, could not be contained quickly enough. The fire brigade finally put the fire under control after several hours at around 9:35 p.m., but they could not prevent an adjacent residential building, such as reported.

A 54-year-old resident of the badly damaged house had to be taken to a hospital with slight burns and flue gas poisoning. He and two other people were initially able to save themselves from the building. The cause of the fire is still unclear, the investigation is underway. At the same time, the local power supply was restricted due to the fire; A larger part of the Boll district is currently without electricity.
