In the early morning hours of December 20, 2024, there were dramatic fire incidents in two different cities. In Hard, Vorarlberg, a former inn was taken from the fire. A 53-year-old resident noticed the smoke, woke up another resident, and the two saved themselves from the building unharmed before they chose the emergency call, as Vol.at . When the fire brigade arrived at around 4.15 a.m., the attic was already in full fire. Although two adjacent vehicles were damaged, the adjacent farm remained intact with 15 cattle. The cause of the fire is now being examined, while the fire brigade took care of the extinguishing measures from Hard, Fußach and Höchst.
