A man violently took control of an excavator, devastating a site of a construction company. According to Kurier he damaged several buildings and vehicles. The rage outbreak lasted over 50 minutes and ended with a dramatic chase, in which the police officers who tried to stop chaos were injured. The 38-year-old driver of the excavator finally died of his injuries after the police had made him stop.

At 1:30 p.m. the police were alerted when the man raced onto the federal road with the excavator. Despite the efforts of the police to stop him, the driver continued his destruction tour and also added considerable damage to several patrol cars. Officials reported that the situation was extremely dangerous, but they had to act carefully because nobody can stand in the way of an excavator without being serious. How exactly the man gained access to the excavator is so far unclear, the police continue to examine the incident.
