Mia and Fabio Braunbart: A competition full of ups and downs!

An exciting competition in Tramelan! Fabio Braunbart, the powerful young athlete, once again caused a sensation and secured the title in the Ecolier (U15) age group. With impressive achievements in tearing and bumping, he cracked the 1995 points record and thus set a radiant sign for the future of lifting.

fabio showed his strength by lifting impressive weights: 100, 105 and 109 kilograms in tearing and sensational 125, 130 and 134 kilograms - all the best performances! While he triumphed in Switzerland, his sister Mia Braunbart, the youngest in her category, remained behind the expectations. Despite great commitment and the attempt to raise 80 kilograms in pumping, she was able to show only two valid attempts over 70 and 75 kilograms, which was not enough to defend her title.

"The competition in Switzerland was very good. I am very satisfied with both. Despite her two -week pneumonia, Mia lived well in early October," said the proud father and coach Ettore Braunbart. The achievements of the siblings show how much ambition and talent in the Braunbart family, even if the challenges are not always easy.
