Small Tug Gang s -a distrus: arest la Zurich după luni de anchetă!

In the limitless fight against human trafficking, the Zurich cantonal police on Friday, March 14, 2025, made a decisive blow against an international tractor network. A 35-year-old Austrian citizen was arrested on the basis of a European arrest warrant from the Ried public prosecutor, who had been enacted against the eight-person tug gang in the context of intensive investigations. This criminal group, led by a 21-year-old Turkish citizen, is suspected of having illegally felled to Austria and other European countries in 75 cases, using 139 fake documents from different countries, such as 5min.at raportat.

The extensive arrest was the result of months of investigation, which took place in close cooperation with the State Criminal Police Office in Upper Austria. The 35-year-old apparently played a central role in this criminal network and is now being heard, while the police continue to try to identify other members of the organization.
