Fatal knife attack: Process against three men started in Berlin
At the Kottbusser Tor in Berlin-Kreuzberg, a tragic incident occurred, which culminated on Tuesday in a trial against three young men. These stand in front of the Berlin district court for joint murder. The fatal knife attack on a 26-year-old on June 22 not only caused horror, but also caused a sensation in the courtroom. According to the allegations, two of the defendants distracted the victim, while the youngest of the three, an 18-year-old, put a fatal stitch into his upper body with a knife. The 26-year-old died shortly afterwards from his injuries. The public prosecutor suspects that it was a well -considered attack in which all three men were involved.
According to the investigation, there was a dispute over money on the eve of the attack, possibly in connection with illegal business in the drug area. The deceased worked as a dealer for the 24-year-old defendant, which led to the fatal arguments. After the crime, the three men fled the subway, with two of them being arrested a short time later. The third defendant was finally caught in Greece. The process in front of a youth chamber is scheduled for a total of twelve trial days and is to be continued by March 11, such as rbb24 and report.Details | |
