Leipzig enthusiastic: New Talent Lönn and Mamic remains until 2027!
Leipzig, Deutschland - The SC DHfK Leipzig has driven its squad planning for the 2025/26 season considerably and made two personnel decisions, which are pioneering for both the team and fans. On the one hand, the Saxons have signed the Swedish back room player Adam Lönn, who comes from Pays d’Aix from France. The 33-year-old athlete has many years of experience in the Bundesliga, where he played for TBV Stuttgart from 2019 to 2024 and scored over 500 goals during this time. Lönn signed a contract until 2027 and, according to the sports director Bastian Roscheck, will only need a short time to get used to it, so that he can quickly shine on the field as Blick reported.
In addition to the new obligation, the SC DHfK Leipzig was also able to announce an important contract extension: Marko Mamic, who has been playing for the club since 2019, is retained by the exhibition rates by 2027. Mamic, a defense specialist, explained that he felt comfortable in Leipzig and pursued high common goals with the club. Management sees its extension a decisive step for the future planning, since its leadership qualities and flexible usability are of great importance for the team, Roscheck continued. Both the obligation of Lönn and the extension with Mamic are part of the strategy of the SC DHfK to put the team more strongly for the coming years, as has been reported.
These personnel decisions are optimistic about the fans because they can hope for a promising coming season. With fresh blood in the squad and experienced players who stay on board, the SC DHfK has a good chance of being competitive in the Bundesliga and crowning the season with success.
