These developments are carried out against the background of a continuing nutritional and energy crisis, which is tightened by the Russian attack war in Ukraine. The European Council confirms its support for Ukraine and wants to combat the food crisis through increased cooperation with international partners. The EU is called up to find clear regional solutions, while the challenges of conflicts and politics put in the foreground, which underlines the urgency of real -acting aid measures.
