Innovation award for cultural monuments: Future meets energy efficiency!

A new innovation award called "Monument-Energy-Future" has now been launched in Baden-Württemberg to promote creative approaches to the energetic improvement of cultural monuments. This was announced by the Minister for Landes Development and Housing, Nicole Razavi. She emphasized the importance of monument owners as a "future maker", which help to maintain these cultural treasures for future generations. From now on, projects that have been completed between January 1, 2015 and February 21, 2025 can apply until the latter deadline. A total of up to 100,000 euros in prize money are in prospect, whereby the amount and number of prices are dependent on the selection by the specialist jury, which the award winners will also award in early summer 2025, as is explained on the website of the Ministry of National Development and Living. Interested parties can address their applications online to the State Office for Monument Conservation in Stuttgart ( mlw.baden-wuerttemberg.de ).
