The city of Fulda is preparing for a spectacular new trade fair format that could revolutionize the world of municipal technology. On September 10 and 11, 2025, the Kommunal.Live will take place on the Fulda Gallery exhibition center. Led by Manfred Hommel, the managing director of the Neue Messe Fulda, this fair will present the latest drive technologies for commercial vehicles and innovative solutions for waste management, street cleaning and winter service to visitors. "This is a completely new trade fair format that we are raising," explains Hommel. This will be an opportunity to experience the entire range of municipal technology up close, complete with special off-road systems for vehicle demonstrations, similar to the Rettmobil fair.
