Marburg. A spectacular robbery on a pharmacy on the Richtberg creates excitement! Two men, 25 and 39 years old, stand in front of the lay judge and have to answer for their alleged acts. The main allegation? An armed raid that took place on April 24th!

The 39-year-old, masked and armed with a long knife, stormed into the pharmacy and shouted: "Money, cash!" In the meantime, the 25-year-old kept guard. The employees, in panic, fled through the rear exit. The perpetrator grabbed the electronic cash register system worth 5,000 euros, but the cash drawer with cash remained. Both accused are silent about the allegations.

Witness report and drug problem

police officers secured video recordings on the day of the day and interviewed a witness who had seen the two suspects with the prey. The witness recognized the 39-year-old what the defense questioned.
