Marburg. A spectacular robbery on a pharmacy on the Richtberg creates excitement! Two men, 25 and 39 years old, stand in front of the lay judge and have to answer for their alleged acts. The main allegation? An armed raid that took place on April 24th!

The 39-year-old, masked and armed with a long knife, stormed into the pharmacy and shouted: "Money, cash!" In the meantime, the 25-year-old kept guard. The employees, in panic, fled through the rear exit. The perpetrator grabbed the electronic cash register system worth 5,000 euros, but the cash drawer with cash remained. Both accused are silent about the allegations.

Witness report and drug problem

police officers secured video recordings on the day of the day and interviewed a witness who had seen the two suspects with the prey. The witness recognized the 39-year-old what the defense questioned. Despite his criminal record and years of drug addiction that came to light during the negotiation, the accused asserts: "I didn't do this robbery!"

In addition to the robbery, there are further charges against the 39-year-old, including driving without a license and forgery of documents. The 25-year-old is also faced with the accusation of having saved child pornographic content on his cell phone. The negotiation will continue on Tuesday, November 19, at 9 a.m. in the district court.
