Highly delighted visitors in Weimar! From November 1st there will be an exciting innovation in the House of the Weimar Republic, the now extended opening hours in the cold season! After all, more is to be conveyed about the revolution of the first German democracy, and the program is becoming even more attractive for everyone.
The popular place of memory and education remains closed on Mondays, but on the other days the house breaks all expectations with new energy! The opening times will be expanded from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to fabulous 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. That means a whopping two additional hours a day, which adds up to 12 additional hours a week! "We want as many people as possible get to know the fascinating history of the Weimar Republic," emphasizes Stephan Zänker, managing director of the Weimar Republic association. He has set the goal of putting this special part of German history in the spotlight.
