Older people in Weimar! The Weimar community foundation brings light into the cold days with its new telephone chain "Weimar's good neighbors". This initiative offers an inexpensive way to seek contact with other people without having to leave the house. If you want to participate, you can register and will be called in the morning at a specified time. The calls follow a certain pattern, so that each participant connects to another. star observation in the Friedrich-Schiller-Gymnasium

A very special experience awaits astronomy fans! On Wednesday evening, November 13th, the Starwarte in the Friedrich-Schiller-Gymnasium opens its gates for public star observation. From 6 p.m., visitors can experience the miracles of the universe up close. The astronomy groups of the Schiller-Gymnasium and the "SternenGucker" association present fascinating sky objects such as Andromedagalaxy, the double star Albireo, the Pleiades and even Saturn! Admission is free, but only guaranteed with a clear sky!

In addition, there are exciting insights into the construction site of the new citizens' dairy on the site of the old fire station on Erfurter Strasse.
