Weimar. An evening full of literary discoveries awaits the city library!

On November 5, the Weimar city library will be the setting for an extraordinary event that is dedicated to the legendary writer Franz Kafka. On the occasion of his 100th anniversary of death on June 3, the German-Czech author Jaroslav Rudiš invites everyone interested to an exciting night walk through Prague. Under the motto "Hledá Se Kafka - Looking for Kafka", the participants will walk from beer to beer and from history to history in the footsteps of Kafka. An experience that leads between snowy streets and lively pubs and unfolds the mysterious Aura Prague!

Details about the event

The reading begins at 7.30 p.m. in the vaulted cellar of the city library at Steubenstraße 1. Tickets are available for 12 euros, reduced for 6 euros, and for Weimar Pass owners even for only 1 euro. Ticket sale takes place online via the tourist information in Weimar, Bad Berka, Erfurt and Jena, and there will also be the opportunity to secure a place at the box office. The event is moderated by Mario Osterland, which will lead the participants through the evening.
