The educational, marriage, family and life advice center of the Diakonieverein Orlatal in Pößneck has launched a brand new group offer that is aimed specifically at young people between the ages of 14 and 17. From November 20, affected teens can learn in four weekly meetings how to deal with the stress at school, the pressure through grades and future fears. Under the guidance of experienced social educators, relaxation techniques and individual stress management strategies are taught. Participation is free, but the places are limited! Another highlight in the region is the event by the Erfurt non -fiction author and journalist Mirko Krüger, who presents his book "Three Hazelnuts for Aschenbrödel - Popular Errors and other truths" in the Pößneck City Library on December 4. The cult film, which conquers the screens every year, tells the moving story of a bullying victim that takes his fate into his own hands.
