An unforgettable experience for the little explorers! The children of the "Gänseblümchen" kindergarten from Dothen visited the Biolandhof Voigt in Willschütz and dived a fascinating world of ecological agriculture. Armed with small shovels, they experienced the harvest of fresh carrots and were allowed to try them out directly from the field - a taste that inspires! The bright eyes of the children speak volumes as they marveled at the animals of the courtyard and fresh, homemade bread. "Such excursions are of great importance for us," emphasizes Marie-Luise Mai, who accompanied the children. A strong awareness of nature and sustainability is promoted playfully here!

Festival of democracy in Camburg

On Friday, November 22nd, the town hall garden in Camburg will become the setting for the "We glow for democracy" festival! Here people and initiatives are honored who are committed to tolerance and solidarity in the Saale-Holzland district. The democracy campaign price is awarded to committed groups such as the Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi-Gymnasium Stadtroda. "With this event, we would like to make the valuable work of all nominated projects visible," explains a representative of the campaign group. Live music and DJ appearances create a rousing mood, while the entire population is invited to set a strong sign against discrimination!

And that's not all! On Sunday, December 1st, the monastery church of Frauenprießnitz invites you to a festive Advent concert with the Leipzig brass soloists. Visitors can look forward to a varied program with Christmas sounds, accompanied by punch and homemade cookies.
