Kiezkickers celebrate triumphals 3-0 victory and consolidate third place!
In an exciting duel of the women's regional league North, the 1st women of FC St. Pauli won 3-0 last weekend in the Hasetal Stadium in Herzlake against the U20 of SV Meppen. Despite the absence of several key players, such as the defender Gianna Nicoleit and the attackers Mareike Kregel and Julia Hechtenberg, the team of trainer Kim Koschmieder showed a strong performance.
The plan issued by coach Jan-Philipp Kalla to stand defensively stable and to quickly counter at the front turned out to be successful. While the hosts from Meppen went into the game with a difficult start to the season of four games without a point win, they still tried to play their robustness and demand the Kiezkickers.
