Thuringia in change: E-scooter fleet changes to Dott!

In recent years, e-scooters have become a chest of drawers in German cities, the use of which has exploded particularly in urban centers. The turquoise-colored e-scooters from "Tier", who have been driving through Thuringia for three years, are facing out. Changes in the streets of Thuringia

The new e-scooters should be used in the entire German area, including Thuringia. The conversion phase is ambitious, because by spring 2025 all e-scooters that previously ran under the name "Tier" are to be transferred to this new format, the OTZ confirmed. There are currently around 250 e-scooters available in Jena, which will give way to a fresh look in the near future.

Since their introduction, e-scooters have attracted more than 20,000 users who have covered tens of thousands of kilometers together. This gratifying balance reflects the growing interest in e-mobility in Thuringia. It remains exciting how users will react to the new designs and the changeover.
