Jena. be careful, dear Jenaer! An exciting event is imminent: The "Bohème Sauvage" returns! After its brilliant debut in September, the Volkshaus will be the setting for a spectacular 20s Festival on October 18, 2025 at 9 p.m. Here, guests not only expect a strict dress code, but also a mobile phone ban to immerse themselves in the glamorous atmosphere. Live bands, burlesque dances and a Charleston dance course promise a night full of shine and glamor! public rehearsal and concept of conception
The “Woche der Open Choirs” takes place in the first week of November, and the psycho-choir of the University of Jena invites all interested parties to the Zeiss canteen on Wednesday, November 6th, from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Here curious can experience how things go in a choir rehearsal - without any obligation to sing along! Choir director Maximilian Lörzer emphasizes: "We explicitly open the rehearsals for everyone who wants to get to know each other." Registration at www.psycho-chor.de/mitmacht is required.
But that's not all! The Theaterhaus Jena invites you to a public conception of the "Oasis" production on Tuesday, November 5, at 7 p.m. This “apocalyptic comedy” by Robert Maximilian Rausch is one of the three selected productions from over 60 submitted concepts. Admission is free, but a reservation by email to tickets@theaterhaus-jena.de is recommended. Here the visitors learn everything about the concept, the director's team and the exciting form of participatory theater, while rehearsal work for the premiere on December 19th.

and not to forget: commuters have to adjust to a block! The left lane of the A4 towards Frankfurt am Main is closed from Monday, November 4th to Saturday, November 30th, between the Magdala and Apolda junctions due to construction work. The traffic is guided through the remaining lanes. So be careful and plan your trips accordingly!
