After its brilliant debut in September, the Volkshaus will be the setting for a spectacular 20s Festival on October 18, 2025 at 9 p.m. Here, guests not only expect a strict dress code, but also a mobile phone ban to immerse themselves in the glamorous atmosphere. Live bands, burlesque dances and a Charleston dance course promise a night full of shine and glamor! The “Woche der Open Choirs” takes place in the first week of November, and the psycho-choir of the University of Jena invites all interested parties to the Zeiss canteen on Wednesday, November 6th, from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Here curious can experience how things go in a choir rehearsal - without any obligation to sing along! The left lane of the A4 towards Frankfurt am Main is closed from Monday, November 4th to Saturday, November 30th, between the Magdala and Apolda junctions due to construction work.
