Great news from Eisenach! Telekom recently upgraded the mobile network in the city. In a campaign of the past two months, a new location with a fast LTE was expanded, which not only improves the cover in the city, but also provides a higher range. That means: better connections and fewer radio spots! Telekom now brings the reception to a completely new level, not only for the residents of Eisenach, but also for travelers on the Fulda-Erfurt railway line. A total of 17 mobile phone locations are now available to users, whereby the household coverage is 100 percent.

The end of a musical era

Another highlight that you shouldn't miss! On October 31, at 7:30 p.m., the grand finissage of the special exhibition "500 years of singing book - 300 years of Bach's choral cantatas" takes place in the famous Eisenacher Bachhaus. A special musical lecture awaits guests - with a surprising turn: in the costume! The two creative Dutch women Lydia Vroegindeij and Paula Bär-Giese take visitors into the fascinating world of Luther's songs and Bach's masterpieces.
