Music student of the year 2024: Proud honor in Altenburger Land!

A radiant festival for the best music students in the Altenburger Land! On October 24, 2024, the most talented young musicians were honored in a solemn ceremony in the district office. Under the eyes of proud parents and enthusiastic guests, the young musicians presented their impressive skills. Matthias Bergmann, the full -time deputy, took over the honor in the representation of the district administrator Uwe Melzer and paid tribute to the outstanding achievements of the 25 excellent students.

The Musikschule Altenburger Land is very popular and attracts around 1,000 children and adults. The demand for musical training is unbroken, and the students shine in numerous competitions and appearances. Their commitment to orchestras and ensembles enriches the cultural life of the region enormously. The honor of this talented musician is not only a recognition of their hard work, but also a sign of the importance of the music school in the district.
