Young talents wanted: Write your own story in Altenburger Land!

For all creative minds in Altenburger Land, there are exciting news! If you have a talent for writing, then the perfect time is to put your ideas on paper. Let your imagination run wild: write a story or a poem about your feelings, your dreams or the things that move you. Whether fun, sad or even critical - everything is welcome! Participation is open to children, adolescents and young adults aged seven to 25 years. It is your chance to express what you might never speak out loudly!

Do you have finished your work? Then send it to the 28. February 2025 to the district office Altenburger Land. The contact details are clear: email to kultur@altenburgerland.de or simply scan the QR code provided. Make sure you follow the requirements: a maximum of five pages, font size 12 in Arial. Don't forget to integrate your name, address, age, class level and school into your contribution!

After the deadline, a jury will see the submissions and select the best texts. In the spring of 2025, the most outstanding works will be presented and discussed as part of an exciting literary workshop.
