In production, where around 60 people are employed, great emphasis is placed on training and knowledge about the products. These employees are also responsible for the application and testing of the products, which helps the company for a record year, although the economic situation is challenging. A remarkable aspect is that almost half of the turnover will already be realized in Germany, while the company will also be active in Switzerland from next year, as ORF reported.

The change in corporate management brings a breath of fresh wind: since June 1, 2023, Mag. Werner Kreindl, as managing director, has been managing the business of Sonnenmoor. His extensive experience in sales and marketing, in particular through his previous work at teapot, is intended to help him to focus more clearly on the needs of the market. Kreindl emphasizes the potential of the natural health market and the importance of Sonnenmoor's values: "We have been living authentic naturalness for over 50 years." In addition, the company emphasizes its high quota for women, which is at 63% at department management level. This supports the target group, which is largely female and underlines the commitment to equality and diversity.

Another exciting product that Sonnenmoor will introduce from September 1st are alcohol-free bitter drops from organic herbs. This product aims to reduce cravings for sweets and thus promote a healthier lifestyle. Kreindl assures that the values of naturalness, regionality and quality will continue to be firmly anchored in the company in the future, which further consolidates the position of Sonnenmoor as a leading company in the field of natural health products.
