Brutal attack in Bad Oldesloe: Police are looking for witnesses for puzzles

in Bad Oldesloe, a city that is known for its quiet neighborhoods, a violent attack occurred on Wednesday, October 2. At around 10:30 a.m., residents reported an incident in Stoltenriedenstraße, as two men who rang as package messengers, rang in front of a row house.

After opening the door, the 57-year-old resident was brutally attacked by one of the perpetrators who attacked him with a bats. In the meantime, the smaller accomplice used the confusion and searched the upper floor of the house.

Structure of the attack and first perpetrator

The police have so far published no information on the background of the attack, but testimonies report a targeted procedure for the perpetrators. While the larger perpetrator, a man with a dark skin color, carried out his attack regardless, the smaller accomplice, the size of which was about 1.65 meters, escaped upwards and carefully searched the house, which indicates a targeted motif.

The period of the robbery was short because the attackers disappeared without prey after a few minutes. The injured house dweller was taken to the hospital for medical treatment, with nothing being stolen.

A friend of the victim who wants to remain anonymous, commented on the incident and called on the public to inform the public about the brutal attack, since the perpetrators could possibly hit again. She also explained that the men had disguised themselves as employees of Deutsche Post and that there is a person in need of care, over 90-year-old man who is looked after by his daughter and her husband.

The woman reported that the larger perpetrator was bluntly and without a feeling of reluctance, while his smaller accomplice was more careful and wore a cap that was not pulled deep in the face.

The police investigation are in full swing. A spokeswoman, Sandra Kilian, announced that they carefully examine all directions of the investigation, including the victim's personal circumstances.

It remains unclear what exactly the perpetrators were looking for. According to reports, it might have been cash, since the attackers apparently acted in the assumption to find a larger sum. So far, however, there is no confirmation of whether the money was there or whether it is just a suspicion.
