in the district of Pinneberg there is relaxation for the time being! Despite the Verdi union's strike call call, bus traffic in the region continues to roll. The roundabout company in Pinneberg (KVIP) confirms that the buses on all lines in the circle and in city traffic Elmshorn are driving on schedule. On request, an employee of the KVIP announced that an agreement between the management and the employees that made it possible to maintain the operation.
This agreement ensures that only a small part of the workforce will take part in the strike cables. The KVIP is optimistic about being able to offer passengers the greatest possible availability even on future strikes. However, there is a warning: With the break -in of the cold season, health problems in the workforce could lead to selective failures. The KVIP refers to its homepage for the latest information. The buses of the Hamburg-Holstein Verkehrsbetriebe (VHH) also drive as usual.
strikes in other regions
While the district of Pinneberg gets away with a blue eye, things look very different in other parts of Schleswig-Holstein. There, bus drivers go to the strip after a collective agreement has burst. At the end of September, the Omnibusverband revoked the collective bargaining, which was justified with the prank list of the black and green state government, which also affects local transport. According to the original collective bargaining, the employees should receive more than 275 euros per month in the future, as well as an inflation compensation premium of 850 euros. This contract should have been valid until June 2026.
