Christmas magic in summer: Galmsbüller choir inspires with new voices!

The Christmas project of the mixed Choir Galmsbüll started in August and attracts numerous guest singers! While many may be surprised to sing Christmas carols in midsummer, it is a long -awaited rehearsal period for the choir. The big highlight? The Christmas concert on December 17, which makes all hearts beat faster! New voices are not only welcome, they enrich the musical and social atmosphere of the choir enormously.

The participants of the project experience the rehearsals as exciting and enriching. "I found out about the project through the newspaper and I just wanted to try it out," says soprano singer Petra S., who keeps the fun of singing up. Her singer Marlies K. has never sung before and first had to find her voice. "Now I feel when I get to the soprano," she beams. Kerstin S., who has joined the old votes, also describes the warm recording by the choir community as "totally great". The experienced singers support the new ones by taking them in the middle and providing vocal help.

Holger P. already brings singing experience from another choir and is enthusiastic about the atmosphere of the Christmas project. "The music is just so beautiful and it is so much fun. Music combines," he says and is surprised how many people sing in choirs. The rehearsals, which take place on Tuesdays from 7.30pm to 9pm in the Landjugendheim in Galmsbüll, are relaxed and without pressure, which reinforces the joy of singing.

On December 17th at 7 p.m. the Christmas concert of the mixed choir Galmsbüll will take place in the Rimberti Church Emmelsbüll - admission is free! An event that should not be missed, because singing makes you happy and brings people together, even when it comes to Christmas carols in the middle of summer!
