The future of electric vehicles at Mercedes-Benz picks up speed! The new electrical CLA will be unveiled next spring, CEO Ola Källenius announced during exciting test drives in Immendingen. This innovative step should not only expand the Mercedes model range, but also mark the introduction to a new era of mobility.

The CLA will not stay alone! After the market launch in summer, at least three other models are planned on the modern MMA platform. A successor for the popular GLA and GLB off-road vehicles as well as a CLA Shooting Break with a combination rear are in the starting blocks. Mercedes relies on diversity and wants to offer its customers a wide selection of electric vehicles!

Revolutionary technology for maximum range!

Technically, the CLA becomes a real game changer! With an impressive range of over 700 kilometers and a consumption of less than 12 kWh per 100 kilometers, this sedan will set new standards. In just 15 minutes, the battery can be charged for 400 kilometers - faster than ever! In addition, the CLA is equipped with its own operating system, which enables regular updates and new functions for infotainment and assistance systems. But Mercedes remains careful: one year after the launch, there will also be a newly developed petrol engine to be prepared for all eventualities.
